From the north region around Bishkek, through central areas to the high altitudes of the south, following the origins of the Naryn river and ending with a tour around the Lake Issyk Kul. This tour is crossing the different ranges of the Tien Shan mountain range. Total … km in 24 days.
| Day 1-2: | After arrival, preparation and rest, acclimatization tour in National Park Ala Archa, 40 km from Bishkek. |
| Day 3-4: | Cycling to Sosnovka-village, (altitude 1000 m), climb to the Tuya Ashuu pass and go through the Tuya Ashuu tunnel (3400 m) and down to the Suusamyr valley. |
| Day 5-6: | Along the Kekemeren river, into the direction of Karekeche canyon, cross pass, arrive south side of the Son Kul lake (3016 m). |
| Day 7-8: | Exploring the Son Kul lake area and next cross pass Moldoo Ashuu (3200 m), southside lake, and go down to Kurtka river, into the direction of Naryn river. |
| Day 9-10: | Into the direction of Baetovo, cross the Burayluu pass (3268 m) and go down into the direction of Atbashy range, cross pass Kulak Ashuu (3000 m), down to the main road, to the valley of Tash Rabat. |
| Day 11-12: | Cycle to Naryn town, further on along river Naryn, and to Kichi (small) Naryn river. |
| Day 13-14: | Along Kichi Naryn, river changes name into Bolgart, and Jylysuu, cross Tosor pass (3893 m). |
| Day 15-16: | Into the direction of Barskoon, to Barskoon canyon and Saruu village. |
| Day 17: | To Karakol, night in Guesthouse. Sightseeing & rest. |
| Day 18-19: | Cycle to Chon-Ashuu pass (3822 m), down to Echkili Tash, over the Kyzyl Moynok pass (altitude 3200 m) and down to Karakara river and valley. |
| Day 20-21: | Further to San Tash, take the groundroad via Novovoznesenovka to Tyup, and to Kuturga or Grigorievka. |
| Day 22-24: | Take the asphalt road via the northside of Issyk Kul to Bulan Sogotu, Boom Canyon and Bishkek. |
